John Forsling built the exhaust for my O-320 as he has for many other
Rebels. It's a great product and he is the kind of guy you want to do
business with. Google Forsling exhaust.

Alan, I went with the Forsling system. I haven't run it yet but it fit perfectly, and they were great to work with. About $700. Stainless. Others on the list have used them with good results. Google John Forsling aviation. Craig

Go mine from Aircaft Exhaust Inc.

www.aircraftexhaust.net/index.html

Located in Minnesota. My understanding is that they were the Murphy supplier
when Murphy had firewall forward kits.

Hi Alan,
Just found my receipt for my exhaust I purchased from Murphy it was
manufactured by Forsling Aviation. The phone number on the receipt is
303-841-1429 I don't know if that's still a good number but if you Google
Forsling Aviation you can check. John Forsling is very good to work with and
does beautiful work.

We had ours custom built because of our engine choice. Custom Aircraft
Parts got us to provide a few measurements and built a system for a very
tight install. (Lycoming IO-360 in an Elite) We are very happy with the
result.
They have some stock designs that will fit as per:
http://www.customaircraft.com/aircraft.html Click on "Aircraft & Engine
Exhaust System Selection <http://www.customaircraft.com/aircraft.html>"
and go to Murphy Rebel.

One interesting thing is our muffler system which was has been quite
successful. If you like I can e-mail you a couple of pics.

Bob.
