[rebel-builders] brake pedals

Reminder: in the builders' site file archives there is an excellent PDF
sketch by Terry Dazey with dimensions for floor mounting the brake
cylinders. Worked great for me.
Regardless of the mounting scheme, be prepared to cut off some of the
threads on the cylinders' top, threaded rods for everything to fit the
needed range of motion, as briefly referenced in the manual.
