[rebel-builders] Max gross

Don't confuse safe with legal.

I'm legal for 2000 lbs on all the Canadian paperwork. However I never
cruise over 85 knots which limits gust loads. It handles a bit
differently as you'd expect from a heavier machine. Also I had the
heavier weight in mind during the build so I was meticulous about the
airframe and have numerous mods with that weight in mind. It seems that
I'm a bit on the heavy side (mods never reduce weight) and the 1730
limit was restrictive for some of my flying on amphibs with two people,
baggage, and full fuel (mogas).

I have heard a lot of people mention certifying their rebels for
2000lb max gross. Is there anyone out there that is flying anything
in that range? I would really like mine to be safe for at least that
when on floats.
