5606 Rivets

Can someone tell me what the composition of the 5606 (3/16 X 3/8) rivet is?
I know it is stainless, but is the whole thing stainless or just the stem? I
am trying to order a few through Avdel in Toronto. Also if anyone has
ordered some of these from them, I would appreciate any guidance in terms of
part numbers, etc. I only need about 20.
Unfortunately ACS doesn't stock this type of rivet. Anyone come across
another supplier that you can order minimum numbers from?
