[rebel-builders] Cable tensions - Was:control cable turnbuckles

I've been told that some time way back, Darryl Murphy, in a somewhat similar
context, replied, "Hey, it's a bush plane, not a Swiss watch!" :-)

I do realize, that line only goes so far, and invites other critical
rejoinders, but nevertheless, whether historically correct or not, I've
always gotten a kick out of it. And it's been real useful from time to time
in the hangar too. ;-)

Thanks all.

One other question: I can't find any reference to cable tensions in the
builders manual!?

Thanks, -Jason
