Landing Gear Failure

Today I had a landing gear failure on the right main gear. It was strange as
we touched down after a small hop (1 foot high) and the right side main gear
felt sluggish as if we had a flat tire. After opening the window and looking
down
one could see the tire tilted out at a 30 degree angle to the ground,
meaning
almost horizontal. It was a job getting it back to the hanger.
The failure resulted in the right hand main gear leg (LG-44) just above the
main
gear leg gussets. It seems to have sheared horizontally across
