[rebel-builders] Dyanfocal engine mount "vent" holes

Yep..it's all you can do with it now Dave. Aicraft Spruce and Wagaero's
premade dynafocal rings ship out this way.. with the vents left open. Like
Si pointed out.. when the mount is all welded and done they should be welded
closed before painting/powder coating.

I admit that thought had crossed my mind too. I was thinking that that
might be why they were left open although if it was welded closed then
ingress wouldn't be an issue....

That's about what I figured and I'm surprised that they were left open.
Perhaps that's a comment on process control?

From your experience is closing them a "must do"?
