I was at the hangar earlier, but now
won't be until well after Thanksgiving,
so, sorry, can't measure aileron side-to-side.

I'd suggest sanding some of the black paint off your
CC-140's...

Subject: [rebel-builders] SR/Moose aileron-flap horn
bellcrank and CC-140
paint

Folks,

Can someone tell me either:

1)How many degrees either way your aileron-flap horn
bellcrank in the
ceiling of your SR/Moose moves when you move your stick
back and forth,

or..

2)how many inches from side-to-side your horn moves back
and forth where the
aileron cables attach?

I'm just looking for an approximate measurement. I don't
have my wings
fitted just yet and I want to make sure everything in the
roof looks good.

Second question: My CC-140s control horns have a thick coat
of black paint
on them. I'm debating whether or not I want to open up my
delrin bushings a
few thou with my lathe, or sand the paint off the horns.
Any thoughts?

Thanks, -Jason
