dynafocal engine mounts-side load??

I'm hanging the engine tomorrow, and I decided to take the mount off the firewall to see how it's going to line up. Glad I did because it would be a real bear to get the engine in the mount with it on the firewall. I did manage to get all the bolts through the mounts and engine case, with some force. I haven't tightened them yet because I don't have a 5/8 box wrench which will hopefully fit into all the tight places it will need to go to get on the nuts. Anyway, with everything in place there is significant side loading on all 4 of the rubber mounts (I have Lord J-7402-24) displacing the rubber maybe 3/16 to 1/4" per mount. Hopefully this will decrease some after torquing because as the mount rings get closer to the engine case the alignment improves. I sure don't think much of that side load will disappear though. It doesn't seem right to me. Has anyone else experienced this?
Thanks.
Jesse
