I know Roland. He is from the Placerville CA area, still works part time
for Stancil Aviation, he paints airplanes. I watched him build his Rebel,
that inspired me to look at the Murphy line and buy a Moose. His cell
530-409-9707 or a business no 916-397-3666. E mail <aptu09@yahoo.com>

His inspector only found one minor discrepancy on the inspection when the
plane was certified, pretty darn good I'd say. He was a very enthused
builder. When he put it on floats the insurance company wanted over $7,000
more, that discouraged him and he sold it. At the time he might have put 50
hours on it.

Anyone have any knowledge of the Rebel on amphibs at the Villeniuve airport
near Edmonton? Was built by Roland Pressner from the US and is currently
owned by a Roger KING of Spruce Grove, AB but based out of Fort
MacMurray. It's been sitting on the ground with the gear obviously not under

any pressure and appears to be in an abandoned condition. Has not moved
for over a year and a half. Thanks to those who respond.

Thanks Dick
It looked like a good job but has been or is being neglected for quite some
time. Knew he had alot of gear problems sence the aircraft came to the area
and I don't think it has flown in the last 2 years. Just wondered if any of the
local Alberta members knew anything about the plane or what it's status is.
Just about finished my latest project and looking for something for next
winter.
