[rebel-builders] 1800 floats-partial bulkhead.032 doubler

I only make a flat "pie" plate and rivet it to the bulkhead.. I don't add a
bent flange to it. The only area I've seen crack is the area right above the
5/8 wide flat spot that you make to clear the keel strip.

each
3 inch side of the keel & riveted to bottom floor? rich
