Chuck,

First advice is that when you're posting to this list, create and use a
relevant subject line, as I've more or less done above to respond to your
question. A bunch of jibberish in the subject line (from the digest delivery
of the list) doesn't help anyone keep track of your needs or the
conversation. That also helps people find discussions of relevant issues in
the archives.

Second advice is when you are replying, cut out everything in the previous
message that's not necessary to your reply. Often the only thing you should
leave is just the last message in the thread, or conversation -- not 4 or 5
messages. (People on the list have already seen them.) Otherwise, people
have to scroll through a long series of messages (or a whole digest message)
when they shouldn't have to.

In response to your query, from the firewall (FW) back to the tailwheel, my
Rebel on spring gear is approx. 17 ft. To move it on a 16x8 trailer, I had
to make a small extension to the trailer for the tailwheel. If there are no
elevators or tailwheel, just the fuselage and vertical stabilizer, subtract
1-1.5 ft.

Welcome to Rebel building and the list. Both are great! :)

Ron
