[rebel-builders] ATTENTION Murphy Elite Operators: Inspection Update 1 For

This reminds me that we had a problem with both rear spars of the
horizontal stab and the vertical stab that we noticed when we went to
install the elevator and rudder. It seems that there was a slight bow in
each resulting in a misalignment of the attach/hinge points. The
solution was to install a shim under the center ones which brought them
back into alignment. If we had forced them during the install (which
wouldn't have been that difficult) it would have resulted in undue
flexing of the hinges with full travel of the elevator or rudder.
Not saying that is what happened here but it is something to look for.
