comments on drag brace failure

Occasionally we get someone coming hat in hand asking advice with nothing to
offer the group but criticism. Ben did not deserve the comments in the last
email from the originator. The originator presumably thinks the volunteers
on the group are employees and none of us would like to work for someone
like him. The only advice such a supplicant should receive is that he should
seek professional help of whatever type he thinks he needs. In the absence
of an apology, and without intent to start a flame war I think the subject
line can go silent now.
