Yes, they told me to use 1 1/2 inch spacing on the stabs instead of 3 inches
as on the wings.

The land shorter vg's need the slight curve sanded flat so they stay glued
to
the stab. I used a bench mounted belt sander, it doesn't take much to get
them flat. They should have came with a pattern for the stab, it is a closer
spacing than on the wings. After putting the vg's on the wings I had to put
a
set on the stab to get more elevator at slow speeds, but I still don't seem
to
have quite enough. I am quite happy with the better performance and control
I got with the land shorter vg's.
