Hi Ray

I have not repitched the Warp so I'm still using 4700 for takeoff and
about 4800 for climb. A little more would not hurt for heavy takeoffs
from water or hot days but I don't really want to cruise much above 4400
at least until I open up my cooling a bit and get cooler intake air.
Guess I'll have to lose the vacuum pump to make room for that. Haven't
gone above 95*C coolant yet but I like more margin and I'm pretty
conservative.

What rpm are you running?

Ken

Hi Ken
Congrats on the floats. What RPM are you using for take off and climb?

I have a electric prop so can change the pitch. I will take off at 6000RPM and
climb at 5200, cruise around 46-4800. You might find with two big guys in it
and on higher lakes you might not get off at 4800RPM. Did you up your
gross when you went to floats or kept it at 1650lbs?
