Bob

Would you please speak with Jeff and ask the ETA of our parts order
which was placed 7 January? We are waiting on an engine mount, a
cowling, side window doublers and skylight doublers.

The parts order number is: 2010-01-11-JM1

Thanks

Dave Ricker

Hi all !

Just thought I'd let you all know that the factory started making
parts yesterday for a production run of 1800 amphib floats, and
will be starting a Moose run tomorrow !

It feels sooooo good to be producing kits again !! :-)

If there are any parts you think you might want - wheels,
brakes, those brass aileron bushings .... NOW is the time
to get an order in - they can add parts onto the run, and
you'll be sure of getting them made soon. Both the floats
and Moose kits will be shipping in September.

I'm getting close to having enough orders for a run of
Rebels too - so please let your friends know it's a good time
to order ! ;-)

Sorry for the plug - just thought there might be some people
who might want to get in on a parts run ...

[rebel-builders] Parts orders

I feel the same frustration. I have over a $100 credit with MAM and can't get any support to buy some float fittings. Does anyone have some drawings or some fittings they'd part with (the rear attachments).

[rebel-builders] Parts orders

Hi Dave - and Ron & Tom ....

I will pass your emails along to him -
at: Shipping@murphyair.com

Jeff is only working 3 half-days a week as he is on a
course. Most days he works from home, so has no access
to the factory schedules or pricing ...

Sometimes things like mounts and gear legs get hung up at
outside suppliers - like heat-treat plants ... They are slow too !

I know this is less than ideal, but they are still struggling -
as they bring people back to work and get production rolling,
things will be spread very thin. Everybody will be working a
lot of hours to get things going again and produce parts.
It will get better once the first run or 2 gets shipped, and
they have some material on hand and staff to make them ....

Please bear with them for a few more months - they
have been shipping some parts, and will be able to do more,
as they come to those parts in these runs. That's why I
suggested ordering now, so they can do larger runs and
get parts out as soon as they are made.

Thanks for your support, and patience !
