Thanks for the reply. I have my boot cowl and firewall completed with the original .020 upper wraps. I have seen a Rebel with the upper motor mount doubler going all the way to the door post, that may be another option for me at this point. I did install the channel between the upper mounts per MAM. Do you know where I can get the specs or good pictures for the Ontario mods? I have spent some time looking through the archives but was unable to find the mods in archives, still searching.

Hi Curtis

The Firewall stiffeners are part of the "Ontario Mod's" that are highly
recommended - courtesy of Wayne I think.

I've fitted them to my Elite. One large section across the bottom and 2
smaller triangles at the upper motor mount attach points.

Other recommendations are stronger (thicker) corner wraps, and 2 under floor
stiffeners running from near the bottom motor mount points aft towards the
FUS-5 carrythrough. Pictures already in the archives I think.
