[rebel-builders] Moose: vortex generators

Ross,
Quite a few Moose have VG's. Most mounted at 10% chord if I recall
correctly. Mine are from PNW Aero out of Oregon. I believe the VG's add
slow-speed control (e.g. better aileron authority). The VG's probably
reduce the landing speed some. My Moose doesn't really stall (no noticable
break that is)--it simply continues to drop about 700 fpm with the stick all
the way back and about 25* flaps indicating approximately 48 mph.
