[rebel-builders] Spring landing gear and tundra tires

Thanks for the reference. Our "bungee" gear is also subjected to
increased axle loads when fitted with larger tires. They increase the
bending and twisting loads on the struts. Some folks feel that the
lower tire pressure compensates somewhat but I'm not a believer in that
theory.
