Hi from Calgary:

Tip
This seems so simple I shouldn't write it. Here goes,
How do you turn the wing over by yourself ?
Of course you all are working in a big single car garage.
In the centre of the work table screw in 2 hook-eyes in the ceiling at each end of the wing. Attach a pulley to the hook eyes to take 1/4 inch rope.Use a 20' rope, put each end through(canadian spelling) the pulley and tie to aileron hinge at each end.Take 4 pieces of 1x4 -2' long, put under wing
one at each end evenlly space the other two.Put a block under each end of 1x4 (8 blks needed). The wing is now supported by the 1x4's.The 1x4's stick out in front of the leading edge slightly.Get the clamp on vices that you all have and clamp to table at each end of wing. These will be used to hold the rope. Now tighten one rope supporting the weight of one end of the wing.Clamp rope in vice. Now tighten the other rope. Clamp in vice.Work both ends up, over centre the wing, now it is comming down. At this point you may take both ends of the rope in hand and let the wing down.Careful, the wing may be heavier than you think, hold on.Make sure the clecos don't hit the 1x4's on what is now the bottom side.Check for this before you start to lift the wing.
Works for me. Good luck.
