Does any have or know of a moose close to calgary that
has a murphy cowl
finished on it? We have fitted the cowl but need
figure how to bracket it
to the firewall and it would be a great help to see
one done. If anyone
has any suggestions as always they would be
appreciated. Thanks mike bleau

No issues for me on my 31" high table.... other than
it's too low to stand
beside and debur stuff on. Gets hard on the back if
you don't pull up a
chair to sit on. My 37" high table on the other hand
is perfect for
standing
up while deburing.

As for step stool being needed... buy an 8' long 2 x
12 and put it on two
cement blocks beside the table. Makes life a lot
easier when you're at a
stage that requires that extra boost!

I am halfway through completing the tailcone and
am finding I need a
stepstool to reach into the cone to drill and
rivet. My table is
currently
waist height. I am considering lowering the table
to a more workable
height
but don't want to do it too soon. I'm sure many
of you have gone there
done
that, so I await your advice. Is there an optimum
height for working on
the
fuselage? At what point in the build process
should I drop the table?

There is a Moose in Lloydminster, and one still in Red deer I think, if you
are still looking. Contact me at keith@montanafloat.co.
