[rebel-builders] Stab mods

Kelly,
The fwd of the outer rib is attached with ST-40, the aft of the rib is
attached with stainless angle; unless you have one of the early production
mods it was done a little bit differently with machined parts.

Does anyone know what the most recent stab mod is for the moose? I've been
going through the archives and found a few things that I don't have. For
example in the stab I have only an angle piece of stainless( I think its
stainless) joining the most outside rib and the spar. Going through the
archives it looks like there is a more elaborate fix.
