[rebel-builders] flaperon travel

I think you'll find those numbers are fine for the aileron function. I may
have missed it, but don't recall that they have ever been seriously
questioned much.

However, it might be good if to clearly distinguish the aileron function
numbers you mention below from the flap function numbers, which generally
end up in the ballpark of 10 deg. up and 18 deg. down -- which are my
not-flying-yet numbers. It's easy for people not all that familiar with
flaperons yet to confuse the two functions when discussion of these numbers
comes up. It was awhile back now, but... been there.
