Float Attach Install

I am about to install my rear float attach brackets. I noticed the pics on
the site (modifications) showing AN bolts used instead of the rivets as
indicated on the plans. Also it looks like there is a extra doubler added to
the bulkhead as well, but I cant be sure. Can anyone tell me what the best
install method is here? I believe Wayne posted the original pics in the mods
section.
