[rebel-builders] Prop Log

Mike there is no requirement any more for a homebuilt, in Canada, other than
your journey log.

THAT SAID... I generally won't buy one that operates that way as the work
reports don't seem to get logged properly, unlike they do with proper tech
logs. I like a full tech log.. at least engine, prop and airframe.. that way
when someone upgrades they can give the guy that gets the old engine a tech
log for it with all it's history.... and then start a new one for their new
motor. Same with props. If you decide to switch props at some point.. you
have a log to give the buyer and the US one is just fine to keep your
annuals in. No need to buy a new one unless you want to and you'd still
wanna keep the US one anyways for history... so why not just use it.
