Thanks, Wayne! -- Elite Elevator Mods

Just wanted to say thanks to Wayne! Dug this up form the archives... saved
me a ton of time and frustration.

Used the method described by Wayne to even out the spade tips, and bring
them in line with the horizontal stab. Worked like a champ!
