That is sweet! Wayne, where did you get the gas strut you used on your
doors? And did you use the stock latch mechanism? Thanks for the
inspiration! Craig

Here's some stuff to get you drilling and riveting... from September
2009...
finally got my buddy's SD card. All of these videos are me (220lbs), my
buddy (235lbs), 20 to 30 gallons of fuel and the 12' Sportspal on the side.

Counting in the head.. a thousand and one.. a thousand and two.. the take
offs all seem to be 12 to 16 seconds that we always state around here.....
but the timer tells no lies in the videos.. generally 25 seconds in this
configuration.. no wind.. glassy water.
