I installed the D180 in my Rebel when I did the rebuild we finished in Aug
2009. I have about 30 hours flying now and really like the unit. I don't
have
it connected to a Nav as I'm only using a Terra Comm radio. It will
accept
information from Nav and GPS and I will be importing data from the Garmin
396 I just purchased this spring. It also will function as an encoder and
you
can link it to your transponder eliminating a separate encoder.

I would be tempted to go with their new Skyview product but it really
would
be more than I would probably ever use in my flying. Overall I think
their
pricing is very attractive and they have an active on-line user group for
extra
support.
