Yes, fwd "D" cell is level with bottom of wing.

Thanks jeff, I know you answered that question before. My question now is from what part do I measure the flap angle ? The mam book says 13 , 26, and 39 degrees are the flap handle notch locations. Notch 1 being 13 degrees, ect
