upper door latch

I can't find the D-403 aluminum stock material specified for the upper door
latch lever in Ch. 23. Obviously I can substitute other stock. I assume the
thickness is ~1/8" and the cut lever handle width should be roughly 3/4" -
1". Can someone confirm the thickness, and lever/handle width? Thanks.
