Yes, no luck, only sheets and billets
thanks though. There must be a manufacturer out there that produces this
size of " Tubing", or?

..and I should add.. they are BOTH custom extrusions... but specifying which
you are looking for may help if someone has extra around.

Murphy doesn't have a single length there for you?? Would be so nice if they
did considering you're in BC.

I use to obtain it a dozen full lengths at a time, for Clamar Floats
spreader bars... but with the uncertainty of timely supply the last few
times that we needed it, ended up Clair had a die made and is getting it
extruded here in Ontario for less money. I haven't seen the finished profile
myself .. to be sure it's exactly the same..(but assume it to be identical)
but you'd be shipping from Ontario if he has some for you.

I used the last two lengths, of MAM's stuff, that I had left for an Amphib
install 2 weeks ago.

Send Clair an email clair.sceli@quadro.net if you're absolutely stuck...
tell him I sent you.. and ask if the extrusion is identical to what he was
getting through me. He's great to deal with..

Hans,

MAM had some issues with their email, my understanding now is all email
inquiries whether it be Tech or Parts is to go through murtech@murphyair.com

I'm pretty sure they still have some wing strut extrusion. Contact by
phone, you'll have to leave a message on the general voice mail...... you're
definitely better off doing it by email.

Remember guys, send everything through the Tech email if you want to get a
reply.

Cheers,
Jeff
