setup. The bolt should not move if properly installed. The hinge
flanges are tight against the ball in the heim joint. The only thing
that should be moving is the ball/heim joint itself.....

inspectors will insist on drilled bolts and castle nuts anywhere that
there's a posibility of the bolt turning.
