FUS-68?

Hi fellas,
I have two pcs marked FUS-68 and can't figure out their place. I think I saw it in the fuselage section at some point but cant't find it in any of my three manual versions. The inventory just calls them reinforcement material. They are 2x5 inches and .040. Anyone? Jeff?
Also, does anyone have a full size copy of the CC-80 they could forward me? It's the front part for the flap handle set-up. It's what the flap handle mounts to. Thanks in advance. Craig
