[rebel-builders] Inboard Control Horn

Hi Roland!
You can install that horn now. Once the tube is in place at the outboard
end with a horn riveted to it and passing through the slot in the bottom
skin you can rivet the other end. Just make sure you put the "matching"
horn against the inboard one and drill the holes like the manual says to do.
Having these two horns mirror one another will prevent some of the alignment
challenges that some have encountered. Next, be sure you mark it so you can
find/match it up later! Have fun! Craig
