Inboard Control Horn

I am just finishing the r-wing controls, and am curious as to when the
inboard control horn is actually riveted to the torque tube. I have all the
parts drilled, deburred and chromate, but may be reading the instructions
incorrectly. The rest of the wing is complete, except for installing the top
skins. Can I complete the controls, or does the horn riveting wait for part
of the fuselage build?

Hi Guys,

To the best of my knowledge (which is sometime good), there is only one cowl
(fiberglass) for the Elite and Rebel. The factory (MAM) did a change up a
few years back to make one cowl fit both applications....... Elite and
Rebel.

Cheers,
Jeff
