According to my part sheet you have the numbers reversed. The 605 are 1/8
thick and the 610 are 1/16". If you can't find a source they should be easy
to make. The material is 1/16 & 1/8" thick, they are cut 1/2" square with a
3/16 hole drilled in ths middle.

Subject: [rebel-builders] Aileron Hinge Spacers ??
I am looking for the hinge spacers identified as W-605 (1/16) and W-610
(1/8) and cannot find them anywhere in my supply of parts. Do I make them
from some sort of stock material or are they an actual part? Can AN
washers
be used instead? I have kit # 56, and these are only identified as spacers
on the original plans with no dimensions or part numbers. On the newer set
of plans I have (1999) they are actual part numbers.
I need to bring the hinges out from the spar a bit to allow for clearance
between the top skin and the ailerons. Any ideas??
