The Murphy Builders Site

The hangar is soooo tight right now that I only have 2 inches of clearance
from the bi-fold door to the spinner nose of the last Rebel that came in
yesterday afternoon for the winter. I can't move in the hangar and have one
path around the 50' x 100' floor... which entails ducking under the nose of
this spinner while walking on the lower door truss. I need to make room so
that I can work, as I have two amphib installs to do...and another Rebel to
reassemble at some point after I rebuild it this winter.

As I posted in the spring... I have a set of light gray 2150 Full Lotus
floats here... professionally ($5000 expense) rigged for the rebel by
Orillia Aviation. Tomorrows plan is to get these out of the way by hoisting
them to the rafters... but before I do I thought I'd see if anyone has some
serious interest in them. If you do.. please ask questions/request pictures
directly at oifa@irishfield.on.ca and then make me a serious offer.

I'd rather not have to pull them all apart to ship them... doesn't look like
fun at all. Would prefer a fly in... quick change over and I'll launch you
off the big trailer to get you heading back home same day.... BUT if the
price is right and you need them shipped, I guess we can cross that bridge
if required.
