ordering a Rebel windshield

A friend of mine purchased a used Rebel with 0-320. A crack developed in his windshield and he has been trying to get in touch with "Murphy Parts" for over a month.
He said no on has attempted to get back in touch with him. Can someone enlighten me as to the correct protocol to buy a new windshield for a Murphy Rebel? Is this still
possible and appx. how long does it take to get one? Cris
