RA5277 Fiberglass

Quick question... What type of fiberglass is RA5277? I've looked in Aircraft Spruce and I'm not seeing anything that seems to match it.
What's a good gel coat? I'm making scratch elevator tips, haven't done "finished" fiberglass before.
