Moose external Cargo Door

Need some help,
I'm at the point mating the cabin to the tailcone of the Moose. I can't find any info in the MAM manual on how to cut in the side skin for the cargo door and all the other details related to the surrounding doorsil. Am I missing  something in the manual.Â
