[rebel-builders] Baffle touching the cowling

Yes, that is the corner where you need to cut down your baffles as much as you can to prevent contact. When I did my 360, I noticed a vibration on my panel and in the cockpit under high power when I was climbing out. It was fine at cruise, though, and had me "baffled" for a while. Turns out that the engine has enough torque twist at high power with the dyna focal mounts to require a little extra space on the right side of the baffles.

As far as how much exactly, it was basically trial and error. I kept trimming it down until the vibration went away.

My Rebel engine baffle has put a mark on the cowling fiber glass
cover, I noticed a chipped paint came off the cowling, the
location is near the corner of #3 cylinder where baffle bent 90
degree. Any one knows waht's the baffle to cowling clearance
should be? I think it was cuased during Engine start, otherwise
it would be worse, my prop dynamic test was better than normal.
