Baffle touching the cowling

My Rebel engine baffle has put a mark on the cowling fiber glass cover, I noticed a chipped paint came off the cowling, the location is near the corner of #3 cylinder where baffle bent 90 degree. Any one knows waht's the baffle to cowling clearance should be? I think it was cuased during Engine start, otherwise it would be worse, my prop dynamic test was better than normal.
