[rebel-builders] SR/Moose control deflection and spacers in torque tube

My stick deflects 16* L & 16* R. I don't know what that equates to on the
bottom (torque tube inside), especially as I have custom parts in that area.
But, knowing the 16* each side deflection, you ought to be able to figure
out the distance.
