[rebel-builders] Next Murphy Builders Meeting - NEXT Sunday, September 20th

Bob, what I am going to ask is a big imposition, but I am sure
that it would be much appreciated by all who are unable to attend
the builders meetings.
Could you post on the Murphy (Patterson) website the content of
the presentations, as much as possible. That would be interesting
read for those a long way off and keep us involved with what is
going on. Something to think about (you probably have) and to
put if the "nice to have" category. Just an idea.

  The next Murphy Builders of Ontario Meeting is Sunday, September 20th,
at 1:15 pm. at the RAA-TR Â Hangar at the north end of Brampton Airport.

  *** Note the START TIME !!  There's going to be a LOT of interesting
    stuff to cover, so......   We will start at 1:15 , and
    try to finish about 4:00  --  to make things easier for those
    who fly in, or drive in from long distances ...

  Bring those 'tech support questions' ! Â
    We'll be in the hangar again - too nice for the clubhouse yet
....

   You don't want to miss all the fun, so PLEASE BE HERE for 1:00 !

    We're going to continue the 'kit type' forum format for
this meeting, with Q & A. These forums are short 'mini-seminars' on
the different kits. Â Ken has kindly become leader of the Rebel forum,
and he always brings new and interesting information & gadgets. He
<may> bring his "Rebel Rubber Ducky" to the meeting again.
If Billy Hind makes it, we'll have a Renegade Forum, with a
little info on his new "Adrenaline" biplane, as well.
We're hoping to see our first fly-in Moose for this meeting !
Sure hoping for good weather ... and a chance to check out a
flying Moose !
     We're still looking for experienced builders to volunteer
to lead the sessions for the Moose, Elite, etc., ideally on a regular
basis for all future meetings.
     Maybe our key Elite expert (Al) will make it to this meeting,
OR -
we might even have a fly-in NEW Elite from Stoney Creek !! Â Â Â :-)
We also hope to see some of the new Rebels in Ontario ...
There's room for a Maverick section, too, if we have interest....
 Who will be recognized as the builder who has
      "Made the Most Progress Since the Last Meeting" ??
 It's always a tough call, and now the building season is slowing -
- so be here for the introductions & progress updates !! Â
YOU could take home the Copper Cleco Trophy !
             -- Who is next for this one ???  Â
   The trophies will be back,
      ...... so we can award one to YOU this time -
               -  IF you've been busy
rivetting ! ;-)
 Lots of news !  Come learn the latest on the NEXT Rebel Ramble -
we had to cancel this year -- trying again for 2010 !
       We REALLY hope the weather will be good, so we can see
a
bunch of "Fly-In" Â Rebels/Elites/Meeses/whatevers !! Â The weather
looks great right now, so we hope to get a good turnout.
  Don't take chances if it's raining -- better to DRIVE & arrive alive
 !!
   If you do drive, you can join us for pizza & beer afterward !! Â

     We'll also have some new guests & Rebel builders, and another
draw for Rebel crests, or some Rebel hats etc. ....
   As last time, we'll have some useful software CDs to hand out
at the end, for those still suffering with/from Win-Doze ! Â :-)
