[rebel-builders] Dave Fife tips

I just received Fife tips I had ordered from Dave last March. That's
right, a check in March, parts in September. Dave may be the most honest
guy ever but he is lousy about answering email as I had about 1 reply to
several of my status inquiries. I was getting worried there. In retrospect
I could have (should have) called earlier in my wait as that might have
allayed concern. In the end, the tips are here and look good!
