Bungee landing gear

We are putting 9044 bungee rings on Rebel #719R. Are longer AN6 bolts and
spacers required? We have AN6-35 bolts with 1"dia.delrin spacers(acft
spruce#02-52001) and aluminum saddles (acft spruce#04-00925) and they seem
too short to hold all three rings per side required with lycoming engine.
