Hi all
There is a Rebel near Spokane WA ( s/n 251 ) that has V/Gs installed on it.
It
belongs to Ike (see Murphy home page for E-mail link).
Its seems to me he said the best improvement was when he put them on the
bottom of the stabilizer which gave him better elevator control at slower
speeds.
