[rebel-builders] wing root ribs

ALL wing rib flanges face the same way. There are no "left and right" wing
ribs. The solid "root" ribs are for both the root rib and the outboard fuel
tank rib... but you'd know that already having finished a wing.

I am just finishing the right wing and starting with the left.

Now I have 4 Wing root ribs 121-1 with the flanges to the same site.

Logically should there be 2 with RH flanges and 2 with LH flanges.

I can make the LH wing with flanges facing outward but is this ok

or do I have 2 incorrect wing root ribs?

I believe on mine all the ribs were the same, with the flange on the same
(right) side. On the left wing flanges will face inward, on the right wing
they will face outward. The inboard of each wing will look different. I
believe there are additional angles you rivet on to the inboard of the right
wing. Stumped me when I got there, but I think the plans make mention of the
difference.

Wayne, Ron, and others will chime in if I am not explaining it correctly.
