The bungee gear axles have the stubs to drill through, as you have, between
the gussets for two bolts. The spring gear axles have those stubs cut off
flush at the mounting flange so they can simply bolt to the spring leaf with
4 bolts. I had the part number written down in the shop... actually I think
I have a parts list in a box with a set of wheels. Will try to get you the
part number in a bit.

One thing I've put off doing is an axle replacement for one side. The
holes for attach to the leg gussets were not drilled on centerline, so
when I put them on my gear legs, I get too much down angle on the wheel.
I don't know which axle to order. My plane came from the original owner
with spring gear (cessna style), which I sold to someone else and he also
gave me the remains of wrecked bungee gear. Although I'm told the axles
are different between those two, the axles that I received with the
wrecked bungee gear are the same as the axles that had been with the
spring gear I sold
